According to postings by Rossi seen on his blog at www.journal-of-nuclear-physics.com, “I confirm that a very important plant of 1 MW will be ready to be put in operation within the year in the USA: our men are working on the authorizations. USA,. Sweden Greece are the sole Countries where I am making real work”
So now there are plans for three separate power plants to be built – two in Greece and one in the U.S. each at least 1 MW output capacity.
Also, possibly in the short-term, plants may be built sometime in Sweden. This is subjective as Rossi will be traveling to Stockolm the first week of July. I doubt that he has time for is a site seeing excursion.
